The online edition of this Training required a considerable investment in time, expertise and business costs. We believe our prices represent good value for money. Prices for our products may vary from time to time.

Our online purchase system uses WooCommerce and Barclayard ePDQ. This enables us to process the sales of our training and accept payments.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website. 

Returns and cancellations

In line with digital services regulations, we must inform you that, because you can access the Online Training immediately after your payment is received, you lose your right to cancellation and refund. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, so please contact us if you are dissatisfied with the training.

Content of Online Training Courses

We will endeavour to ensure the Content is as up to date as possible. Some information is time limited and may be subject to changes by UK Government. For example, tax rates and regulations. We have highlighted most instances where this may occur and have provided website addresses for you to obtain the latest information, for example HMRC.

We reserve the right to amend or discontinue any of our Online Training Courses.

Exclusions
